Build For Battle

Metabolic conditioning is a type of training designed to consume maximum calories during your workout and to create an oxygen deficit that forces your body to burn calories at an accelerated rate for hours afterward. Metabolic conditioning is not a beginner’s program, especially for clients who’re significantly overweight, recovering from an injury or illness, or otherwise deconditioned. In fact, one could argue that it’s highly irresponsible to emphasize output in someone who’s new to the gym, doesn’t move well, or hasn’t yet built a base of strength and endurance.

Curvy & Fit

Curvy & Fit is a challenging, dynamic, full body conditioning class. We use dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, Swiss/Bosu balls and barbells to get you in the best shape of your life. Curvy & Fit is tough, but it’s scalable to all fitness levels so all ladies welcome.

Involves short bursts of intense exercise alternated with low-intensity recovery periods. Interestingly, it is perhaps the most time-efficient way to exercise. The activity being performed varies but can include Compound Barbell/ Dumbbell exercises sprinting, biking, rowing, jump rope, or other bodyweight exercises.

Check out the dance craze that’s sweeping the world. inspired by Latin dance music and created in Colombia, Zumba adopts a variety of styles in it’s rouines : Gumbia, Salsa, Reggaeton, Hip Hop, Mambo, Rumba, Flamingo and Galypso. Music selections include both slow and fast rhythms to help sculpt the body with easy to follow dance moves. No dance experience required. Our coaches live and breath Zumba and their energy and enthusiasm is infectious in these exceptionally fun classes. Open to all.

Yoga Class

Yoga places emphasis on physical alignment, understanding correct anatomical movement and various deep relaxation techniques. It increases strength, flexibility and awareness of the body. It develops movement and also helps you to cope with stress in a healthier efficient way. Classes are varied and open to all levels of fitness.

Abs & Core

Abs & Core is a constantly varied highly challenging programme that will not only help you sculpt and strengthen the core, but you will learn a great deal about how the core works in combination with other major muscle groups. It’s fun, super interactive …… and sometimes just plain hurts.

It is also known as a Plyometric and Calisthenics . It involves jumping (explosive movement) and person’s own bodyweight. These exercises are performed with differing levels of intensity and rythm. It develops the strength, endurance, flexibility, speed and coordination.

It is a slow paced work out that requires heavy weight lifting. Dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, plates and machines are needed equipment. Class that helps you to build your muscles, strength, and endurance

Body attack is a taught 3-D or three dimensions & HIIT

Its about strength, incorporating your entire body

The moves throughout the class fall into three categories Runs, polymeric lunge&jumps, pushups, burpees, tuck jumps, and core strengthening

A higher version of HIIT with short and more rigidly defined work-outs

this burst, intense workout (20sec,10 sec off) for 8 Rounds will help to enhance health, Fitness, and Burn calories with a higher intensity level for a short period of time.


(if properly done, it will be a higher form of workout. 4mins work-out for 30 – 40 mins with RPE=10 for every 20 seconds of work and only 10 sec period of rest interval)


As many rounds as possible or AMRAP.

a workout that is often used as a form of HIIT and focuses on pushing yourself as much as possible, during a set of timeframe.

(it is a good muscle endurance exercise / aerobic exercise. a continuous workout, round after round without rest within the given time frame.

KickBox Burn

This is a high-energy workout combine with martial art techniques and defensive moves with fast pace cardio,

expect rope skipping, jumping, throwing punches, and kick and core exercises.
